Becky Born

Becky had a strong faith and always was inspiring people. She was a wonderful wife, mother and grandmother who loved to spend time with her family. She enjoyed playing TV games, word games, shopping, collecting antiques and doing arts and crafts.

Becky suffered with severe progressive Multiple Sclerosis for some twenty years of her 66 years of life. The last thirteen and a half years she lived in a hospital bed as a paraplegic but never complained. Even though Becky had a metal heart valve, there was no softer heart than hers. Her faith changed the lives of hundreds of friends, family and strangers, who were fortunate to know her. Today, Becky no longer lives in that bed as she now walks along side of Jesus, with a new promised body, and has been blessed with His eternal Grace. Soon, within what is no more that a twinkling of an eye in time, we will again be with her in heaven, and will be forever awash with the ever flowing Grace and peace that now moves over Becky.

Becky is survived by her husband James Born; three children Monica (Jim) Carter, Heather Born, Mark Born; two grandchildren Travis and Teri. She is preceded in death by her parents and a sister Zetalla Partlow.

Funeral Service will be held on Monday, June 15, 2015 at 6:30 pm at the Lake Mead Christian Academy 540 Lake Mead Pkwy, Henderson, NV 89015.
