Becky Anne Rhoades, age 54, passed away on December 5, 2016 in Henderson, NV. She was born on June 23, 1962 in Colorado Springs, CO to Gary Lowe and Jean Rhoades. Becky lived in Phoenix, AZ for 29 years before moving to Henderson, NV.
Family and friends were Becky’s passion and delight. She loved helping anyone in need and many people looked to her as their second mother. She will be deeply missed by her friends, family and all who knew her.
Becky was a strong woman who took that strength to the work place. She started a career in hospitality as a maid and through hard work and dedication worked her way up to various managerial positions. She had the privilege of being Hotel Manager for Choice Hotels, as well as Director of Housekeeping for multiple resorts throughout the Valley. After the 2008 recession she decided to make a career change and pursued her dream of Cosmetology.
Becky is preceded in death by her husband Robert Michael Rhoades and mother Barbara Jean Rhoades. She is survived by her father Gary Kenneth Lowe; daughter Amanda Marie Ventimiglia; and one granddaughter Evangeline Rose.
