Betty Jane Grosfield, age 87, of Las Vegas, NV passed away on February 9, 2016 at her home surrounded by family. She was born on February 11, 1928 in South Dakota to Ben and Rose Marie Raether. She married Donald Grosfield on June 6th 1949 in Portland, OR.
Betty was a wonderful mother and grandmother. She loved to spend time with her family. She enjoyed bowling and reading. They had moved to Las Vegas in 1967 from Portland, OR.
Betty is survived by her two daughters Lindy Shea, Terry Grosfield; a sister Josephine (Lyle) Simmons; Son in Law Tim Shea; two grandchildren Bridgett (John Bowling) Shea, Jennifer (Randy Linville) Shea; grandson in law Mike Wadsworth, greatgrandson Tanner Wadsworth, and great granddaughter Ryley Linville. She was preceded in death by her husband Donald Grosfield, a son Jack Grosfield, a granddaughter Tammy Wadsworth.
