Bill Hynd

William McClain Hynd Sr., age 76, passed away on May 23, 2016 in Las Vegas, Nevada. He was born May 25, 1939 in Pennsylvania to James and Margaret Hynd. William served proudly in the United States Marine Corp from 1957 to 1963; He married Elizabeth “Bette” Bogdan on October 25, 1969. They moved from Willoughby, Ohio to the Las Vegas Valley in 2005.

William was a member of the Marine Corps League, as well as had a love of fishing and would spend many winters in Florida doing just that with his wife, he also loved to go camping and fishing with his family. William also coached youth football and baseball in Willoughby for many years.

William is preceded in death by his parents and one sister Jean. He is survived by his wife, Elizabeth Hynd; four sons William Hynd Jr., James (Michelle) Hynd, George (Karryl) Hynd, Rod Hynd; one daughter Sheryl (Dale) Morvaji; one brother James (Marlene) Hynd Jr.; one sister Shirley (Jack) Gibbs; thirteen grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.

Services; Celebration of Life will be held June 10th from 6 to 9 PM at the VFW Post 1500 38295 Pelton Road Willoughby, Oh 44094.
