Bobbie Marie Stever

Bobbie Marie Stever, a loving wife, devoted mother, and cherished friend, passed away

peacefully on September 22, 2024, at the age of 85. She joins her beloved husband, Robert

Lloyd Stever (Bob), who predeceased her earlier this year on January 1, 2024, and her son,

Robert Jr. (Rob) who passed away in 2008. Bob and Bobbie spent a lifetime together, having

been married on July 28, 1957, sharing almost 67 years of marriage, and they are now reunited.

Bobbie was born in Telluride, CO on January 12, 1939. She and Bob were lifelong residents of

Nevada. Initially meeting and marrying in Ely, NV, moving to Las Vegas, NV to work and raise

their family, and returning to Ely in retirement. Bobbie, a dedicated mother and teacher, was

known for her warmth and compassion. She always went out of her way to help others and had

a wonderful sense of caring which endeared her to everyone. It is a great testament to her

nature that she formed so many long-lasting friendships.

Bobbie is survived by her remaining children, Jill, Terry, Jolene and Janelle. Her 11

grandchildren, Kelly, John, Ashley, Christopher, Shawn, Mace, Addison, Cade, Zachary, Ryan

and Abigail and 12 great grandchildren, Benjamin, Matthew, Sophie, Kobi, Kyler, Charlotte,

Audrey, Edith, Atticus, Conner, Cameron and Mackenzie.

A memorial service will be held at 12:00 pm on October 4th at The Church of Jesus Christ of

Latter-Day Saints, 900 Avenue East, Ely, NV.

Bobbie will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. She has rejoined her husband,

Bob, with whom she shared her life and together they will continue to share love.
