Bonnie B Wong, age 63 of Las Vegas, NV passed away on August 28, 2016 doing what she loved; swimming at Lake Mead. She was born in Columbus, Ohio on March 25, 1953 to Henry Hasselman Brandt and Iris Claire Lohmann Brandt. She married Chester Wong on February 14, 1979 who preceded her in death. She had moved to Las Vegas a few months ago to be closer to family from Southern California and before that from Surprise, AZ.
Bonnie was a kid at heart in her later years and had an amazing sense of humor and will be remembered as a jokester. She loved to go swimming, boating and spending time on the water. She was an avid reader and enjoyed arts and crafts like crocheting and beading. She worked in the computer industry as a computer technician and loved to play on the computer.
She is survived by her three children Pam (Randy) Hatch, David (Jackie) Wong, John Wong; eight grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
Family is holding a private family service with cremation. She will be placed at Miramar National Cemetery with her husband Chester at a later date. Family and friends can sign an online memorial guestbook at www.starmortuary.com
