Cynthia Denise Toy, age 50, of Boulder City, NV passed away on May 1, 2013 in Las Vegas. She was born on October 31, 1962 in Bellflower, CA to James Tingley and Barbara Roberts Tingley. She moved to Las Vegas at the age of six and to Boulder City in 2009. She enjoyed going camping and sewing.
Cynthia is survived by her two daughters Amber McKey of Boulder City, and Barbara Gutierrez of Las Vegas; son in law Abel Sotelo; two brothers James Tingley and Charles Simmons; a sister Fran (Roy) Russell; eight grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 11, 2013 at 2:00 pm at the Calvary Chapel Meadow Mesa 4370 West Cheyenne Ave, North Las Vegas 89032.
