Dale Imlay

Dale Fenton Imlay, age 82 of Boulder City, NV passed away on May 24, 2023 in Las Vegas, NV.  He was born on November 4, 1940 in Hurricane, UT.  Shortly after his birth the family moved to Boulder City, NV.  He met Sharon Donnelly at college and they were married on December 2, 1960 in  the Salt Lake City Temple. 

Dale worked as an accountant for Bureau of Reclamation.  He also served in numerous roles at the Boulder Dam Credit Union over the years including President.  He was an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints and served in many callings including Bishop of the 3^rd Ward and as Stake Clerk for many years.  Dale was an avid sports fan and loved to watch his grandchildren play.  Dale and Sharon enjoyed traveling.  Dale was an avid golfer.

He is survived by his wife Sharon Imlay; a son Darin (Jo) Imlay; two daughters Syd (Ed) Barrow, Susan Hill; six grandchildren and fourteen great grandchildren.  He is preceded in death by a son in law Chris Hill.

Visitation will be held on Friday, June 2, 2023 from 9:30am to 10:30am at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints 1550 Buchanan Blvd, Boulder City, NV 89005.  Funeral Service will begin at 11:00 with burial to follow at the Boulder City Cemetery.  We invite family and friend to leave memories and messages at www.starmortuary.com
