Dennis Williams

Retired Major Dennis Carroll Williams, age 79 of Las Vegas passed away on his birthday June 27, 2020.  He was born on June 27, 1941 in Newhall, CA to Paul Raymond Williams and Lauretta Margarite Carroll Williams.  After high school Dennis joined the United States Army and served over twenty years. He married Jimma Montepolca Pasilaban in the Philippines on March 08, 2000.

Dennis served during Vietnam and was a proud patriot.  He was a life member of the VFW and DAV and also a member of the American Legion.  He moved to Las Vegas ten years ago from the Philippines.

Dennis is survived by his wife Jimma Williams; nine children Mark Williams, Michael Williams, Martin Williams, Marvin Williams, Monica Williams, Marjorie Williams, Dennis Jim Williams, Divine Williams, David Williams. Surviving siblings: Ray Williams, Hope Panagiotou, Joel Williams and Leland Williams.  And eight grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, July 12th from 5pm  to 7 pm  at Star Mortuary 6484 Boulder Ranch Ave Henderson NV 89011.  Military burial will be on Monday July 13th at 10:40 am at the Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery 1900 Veterans Memorial Dr Boulder City, NV 89005.  Family and friends can sign an online memorial guestbook or leave condolences at www.bouldercityfamilymortuary.com
