Donald Perkins

Donald E. Perkins of Boulder City went to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on July 28, 2012 with his family at his bedside. Born in Klamath Falls, OR on January 16, 1925, Don proudly served our country as a member of the United States Navy. He retired as a Master Chief Petty Officer after 30 years of dedicated service. During his retirement, he loved to travel and spend time with his family and friends. Don was a long-time member of Christ Lutheran Church of Boulder City. He was preceded in his heavenly homecoming by his brothers, Willis, Durwood, Tommy, and Bobby; his grandson, Michael; and his son-in-law, Jim. He is survived by his loving, devoted wife of 64 years, Becky; his 3 daughters, Susan Wilbur (Jerry) of Boulder City, NV, Sandra Newcome (Wayne) of Oklahoma City, OK, and Tracy Brailsford (Kyle) of Henderson, NV; 6 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren, and 1 great great granddaughter.
