Donald Rohrig

Donald Ray Rohrig, age 77 of Boulder City, NV, passed away on December 12, 2017. He was born on August 10, 1940 in Canton, OH to Alfred Rohrig and Helen Sudar (Riffle). In 1986, Donald moved to Southern Nevada from Reno and to Boulder City in 2000.
Donald has been a member of Bethany Baptist Church and attended bible study classes with the Ritenours. He was an avid gun enthusiast, member of the NRA, and loved cowboy shooting. He enjoyed woodworking, glass etching, carpentry, working on cars and had many model ships. Donald loved the time he served in the Navy and called the USS Ranger his home.
Donald is survived by two children Lance and Sarina Rohrig; sister Joy Rohrig; grandchildren Conlan Spiritosanto, Caitlynn and Colton McIntyre, and Serenity Rohrig; and great grandson Bentley Spiritosanto.
Funeral Services will be held on Thursday January 4, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. at the Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 1900 Buchanan Blvd, Boulder City, Nevada 89005. Celebration of Life Ceremony and Reception will be held directly after at Bethany Baptist Church 210 Wyoming Street.
