Doris Wisenberg

Doris Wisenberg (sweetie) age 79 of Boulder City, NV, passed away on July 10, 2013. The funeral service will be held on August 9, 2013 10:00am at Veteran's Memorial Cemetery. Pastor Ed Bruning will be officiating. Her celebration of life will follow the service at the Railroad Pass Casino in Boulder City. Doris was born in Stuttgart Germany on February 17, 1934. She worked in Germany as a surgical nurse. In the USA she worked in a nursing home, selling Avon and babysitting Angel and Rob Sackett with the same love and caring as her own family. Doris enjoyed bead work, knitting and crochet and often giving her work to family and friends or just those she met and felt could use some kindness. Traveling was a big favorite along with visiting with family and friends. Doris was married to the love of her life Roy Wisenberg on December 1, 1961 they were married 51years. Doris is survived by her loving husband Roy Wisenberg. Her daughter Heidi (Peter) Pucher and their children Sasha, Renee and Claus Peter. Her son Holger (Deana) Wisenberg and their children Abbie (great-grand children Michael, Tristan and Keana) and Casey (Adam), great-grand child Everett. Her daughter Michaelle Starr and her children Natasha (Josh), Hana (Robert), Taylor and Cody. Also her sister in-law Hilda and niece Silvia. She also leaves behind some family and long time friends. She said "Thanks so much for your friendship". In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given to the Salvation Army.
