Dorothy Hugo

Dorothy was born in Babados, British West Indies, July 26, 1917 and came to America in 1923 and lived in New York. She retired from Palm Springs High School and was in charge of the student store and was a member of CRTA. Dorothy lived in Palm Springs for 50 years. She was preceded in death by her husband of 47 years, Donald Hugo, her father and mother, four brothers, one sister and two grandchildren. Dorothy is survived by daughters Chrys Baltes (Keith), Dora Johnson (Troy), son Ben Stafford, sister in law Geraldine Yearwood, Elanor Yearwood and daughter in law Karen Krueger, also 70 grand, great grand, and great great grandchildren. She passed away May 13, 2013. At the request of the deceased there will be no services. Dorothy was much loved and will be missed. She lived in Boulder City, Nevada the last six years.
