Evelyn Alloy
April 21, 1924 — June 13, 2013
Evelyn Idella Alloy, age 89 of Boulder City, NV succumbed to her COPD on June 13, 2013. She was born in Chattanooga, TN on April 21, 1924. She lived in many places before planting roots in Boulder City 51 years ago. One day her granddaughter asked her why she had so many pictures of Jesus in her home and she replied, "Well, I'm a big fan of His." She also loved playing nickel Keno. She enjoyed watching TV with her favorites being Soap Operas (which she called her stories) and The Price is Right, Jeopardy and Wheel of Fortune. She enjoyed doing jigsaw puzzles and visiting with others.
Evelyn is survived by her five daughters: Dian Moffett, Joyce Davis, Sandy Colohan, Judy Craig, Lisa Kaba; her sister Shirley Grant; 15 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her son Steven Plaster.
