Frank Harrington

Frank Jeffrey Harrington "Jeff", age 70, of Henderson, NV passed away on August 16, 2015. He was born in Glendale, CA to Frank Harrington and Burnette Gebhart Franchino on March 10, 1945. This past May 30th, Jeff celebrated 45 years of marriage with his lovely wife, Patti Hodges Harrington. He served as a Captain in the United State Army during the Vietnam War. After proudly serving his country he joined State farm Insurance Company in 1974, moving from Tucson, AZ to Las Vegas, to embark on a 40 year career of mentoring agents, staff and helping shape lives.

Jeff is survived by his 3 Children; Tammy Cotton, Lisa Downer and Todd (Kimberly) Harrington and 6 grandchildren: Mackenzie and Davis Cotton, Chelsea and Jeffrey "JD" Downer, Matthew and Mikayla Harrington. All were the apple of his eyes. He also leaves behind his loving mother Burnette Gebhart Franchino and step father Sam Franchino; 2 sisters and one brother: Jolene (Gary) Falcone of Reno NV, Barbara (John) Rosales of Las Vegas, and Mark (Arci) Franchino.

Jeff was in his glory when he was fishing in Alaska with family and friends, playing golf, poker, and he always enjoyed jokes and a good prank (giving and receiving). Jeff and Patti were both happiest when they were traveling without any agenda and joining the local community.

The family will be holding private services. Celebration of life will be held on Saturday, August 29, 2015 from 4pm to 6pm in "The Vue" Room at The M Resort located at 12300 Las Vegas Blvd South, Henderson, NV 89044. In lieu of flowers memorial donations can be made to either the Wounded Warriors Project or to the Nevada Donor Network in the name of Frank Jeffery Harrington.
