Frank Zupanic Jr

Frank Zupanic Jr., USAF, Ret. age 84 passed away peacefully at Infinity Hospice Care on August 29, 2017. Originally from Fair Oaks, PA, he was an E.O.D. Technician Assigned to the 57th Munitions Maintence Squadren.  Duty stations included France, Germany, England (RAF Wethersfield); Minot, ND, Cheyenne, WY and Nellis AFB, NV.  There was also a year stint at Utapao, Thailand.

After the military Frank worked at Friendly Ford, Nellis AFB (Fireman and Aircraft Mechanic), the school district, and the Las Vegas Convention Center.

Frank was preceded in death by his wife, Shirley Rose Zupanic, parents, Francis and Frank Zupanic, brother, Louis Zupanic, sisters, Agnes Kovelenko, Francis Debogovich, and Anna Markiano.  He is survived by his children, Gary Zupanic (Susan), Donna Pymm (Tiny) and Cheryl Davis (Steve), six grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 10, 2017 from 4:00 to 6:00pm at Boulder City Family Mortuary 833 Nevada Hwy Ste 1 Boulder City, NV 89005.  He will be laid to rest at the Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery at 1900 Veterans Memorial Drive, Boulder City, NV 89005 on Monday, September 11, 2017 at 12:00 noon.
