George Ann Marie Watson, age 80, of Boulder City, NV passed away on November 21, 2015. She was born on October 30, 1935 in Sioux City, IA to Harold and Hazel Miller. At the age of six she moved to the Las Vegas area. She served her country in the United States Navy. George Ann married Gary Watson on November 20, 1986. George Ann loved to spend time in the outdoors and was an avid reader. She was a member of the Eagles and also the Boulder City Senior Center. She also was involved with the Girl Scouts She is survived by her husband Gary Watson; two children Linda (Gary) Brown, Larry (Sherry) Hollingsworth; three grandchildren Blair Brown, Ashley (Jim) Bentley, and Lance Brown. She is preceded in death by a daughter Sherry Ann Hollingsworth.
Memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 28, 2015 at 10:00 am at the Boulder City Family Mortuary. She will later be buried at the Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery. Family and friends can sign an online memorial guestbook at www.bouldercityfamilymortuary.com
