Harold Leslie Smith, age 86 of Boulder City, Nevada passed away on May 16, 2013 in Las Vegas, Nevada. He was born in Lebanon, Colorado on December 6, 1926 to Bernard and Una Smith. He served in the United States Navy. After his time in the Navy he worked as a truck driver. He had lived in the Las Vegas area since 1928. Harold was known by every person that knew him well as Dado, this was a nickname he loved and he asked most people to call him this. He was very gifted with fixing things from automobiles to stuff around the house. He loved nothing more than to fix something for one of his family members; helping his family was his greatest pleasure. The thing he will most be remembered for is his wonderful personality and his love for his family. Every person he touched he taught something to; a person was truly blessed to have known this man.
Harold is survived by wife Helen Smith of Boulder City; a son Dr. Warren Smith; a daughter Twila Cyr-Mclean; five grandchild Chad, Marcus, Lucas, Brittany, Christopher and nine great grandchildren.
