It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of Helene Stumpf of Henderson Nv, beloved mother, grandmother, sister and friend. Helene left this world peacefully at the age of 83. She was born on June 6th, 1941, in Cleveland Ohio to Frank Abbey and Anna Jankovich. Helene had 5 sisters and 2 brothers. She lived a life filled with love, resilience and an unwavering spirit.
Helene was the cherished, loving mother of 6 beautiful children that she devoted her life to. She is survived by 5 children Doug, Chris, Frank, Darian and Dina, who carry forward her legacy of love, kindness and compassion. She was a guiding light in their lives, nurturing them with love and wisdom, and instilling in them the values of family and perseverance.
Helene was also survived in death by her 9 grandchildren, Sidney, Mario, Addison, Britany, Courtney, Julia, Jaedon, Samantha and Sybella. 5 great- grandchildren Samaria, Zarrianna, Sophia, Anthony & Milo and 1 great - great grandchild Amir. Her grandchildren and great grandchildren who all adored her and will forever hold her memory close. Her love will continue to resonate through the bond she created and the countless lives she touched.
Helene was preceded in death by her beloved husband Douglas Clarke Stumpf, with whom she shared over 51 years of marriage. They created a joyful loving home that always welcomed family and friends. Helene was also preceded in death by her son Robert Stumpf and grandson Douglas Stumpf Jr, as well as both of her parents.
Throughout her life, Helene was known for her warmth, generosity, and unwavering support for her family & friends. She had a unique ability to make everyone feel special and loved, and her spirit will live on in the hearts of those fortunate enough to know her.
Helene Stumpf will be deeply missed but fondly remembered. Her legacy of love and family will continue to shine brightly in the lives of those she leaves behind.
A Funeral service will be held on Monday March 31st, 2025, at 9:20am at the Veterans Memorial Cemetery 1900 Veterans Memorial Dr. Boulder City Nv 89005. We invite family and friends to leave condolences or memories at www.starmortuary.com
