James Raymond Goggin, age 96, passed away in Boulder City, NV on December 25, 2018. He was born on February 4, 1922 to Esther and John Goggin in Brooklyn, NY. James has lived in Boulder City since 1983.

James is survived by his son Christopher Goggin and grandchildren.

Services will be held on Monday February 4, 2019 at 11:20 at Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery. With James passing on Christmas Day, it is his family’s desire to plant a Christmas tree in his honor.
