James Taylor

"Jim" James Lee Taylor age 85, passed away on May 3, 2012 in Boulder City, NV. He was born on October 24, 1926 in Springfield, Missouri to Norval and Arlene Beach Taylor. Jim served his country in the United States Navy. He married Rosemary Regina July on April 26, 1968 in Las Vegas, NV. They moved to the Las Vegas area in 2010 to be closer to family from Whittier, CA.

Jim owned and operated his own business performing general maintenance for private individuals and companies. He served See's Candies for many years. Jim was a hard working man that loved his family. He enjoyed being outdoors, going to his cabin in Lucerne Valley, Ca. and watching wildlife.

He is survived by his wife Rosemary Taylor of Boulder City, NV, three sons David (Rhoda) Jensen of Henderson, NV, Bruce (Ellen) Jensen of Rogers, AR, Jimmie Taylor of Wisconsin, nine grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren, and two great great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents and three children Danny, Gene, and Casey.

A visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 8, 2012 from 6 to 8 pm at the Boulder City Family Mortuary. Funeral services will be on Wednesday, May 9, 2012 at 12:00 noon at the Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery.
