Jean Veilleux

Jean Veilleux passed away on May 12, 2017, in Las Vegas, NV, at the age of 79.  He was born on December 27, 1937, to Alcide and Eva Veilleux.  Jean married Kathleen Ann Kilton on January 14, 1961.  Jean loved to cook and served as a chef in the United States Army for over 20 years.  He retired from the Army in 1981 and moved to Las Vegas.

After retiring from the military, he continued working as a chef and worked at the Imperial Palace for many years. Jean was a huge baseball fan and loved the Boston Red Sox.  He loved music, especially classic county and the “oldies”, and enjoyed going to concerts.

Jean was preceded in death by his wife Kathleen Kilton, his parents, and three sisters, Rita, Doris, and Jenny.  He is survived by his daughter Vicki, and her husband Ron, his daughter Stacey, and her husband Jimmy, and his three grandchildren, Kayli, Kevin, and Conner.  Jean will be dearly missed by all.
