Jo Green

Jo Anne H Green, age 83, passed away on January 17, 2015. She was born in Chicago, IL on April 17, 1931 to Robert and Nelle Hower. She married Carl Green on August 26, 1950 they enjoyed 62 years prior to his passing in 2013. They moved to Las Vegas in 1964. Jo Anne served as a past chairman of the Valhalla Lodge, Vasa Order of America and a member of the American Legion Auxiliary and The Order of the Eastern Star.
She is survived by two daughters Dawn Green and Jan Habenicht; and a granddaughter Lauren Habenicht. In lieu of flowers memorial donations can be sent to Shriners Crippled Children Hospital 3160 Geneva Street, Los Angeles, CA 90020. Service will be private and Jo Anne will be placed with her husband at the Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery.
