Lance Crowley

Lance Patrick Crowley, age 74 of Boulder City, NV passed away on November 24, 2014. He was born on April 4, 1940 in St Paul, MN to V. Pat and Marlys Crowley. He married Jan K Jurney on August 6, 1966 in St. Paul, MN. Lance went to Harding High, Hamline University, and U. of M. He worked for the 3M in Minnesota for 36 years. He also built Crowley's Gymnastics Center in 1981 and mentored and coached many kids. He was a member of the USA Elite Coaches and trained with many Olympic athletes and help many other kids receive college scholarships. They had one of their gymnasts on the USA Team. While coaching Lance and Jan had the opportunity to see much of the world; all 50 states including Europe, Asia, Australia, and more. He was also a member of the Elks for over 15 years. After retiring and selling the gymnastics center Lance and Jan enjoyed traveling in their RV and settled in Boulder City, NV about eight years ago.

He is survived by his wife Jan Jurney Crowley; sister Janice (Bill) Kennal; nephews Sean, Mike, and David, brother-in-law William Jurney; (Mary Ann Jurney); Nephews Bill Jr, and Mike Jurney.
