Le’Gay Agnes Bogart, age 88, of Boulder City, NV passed away on January 21, 2022. She was born in New York to Bert and Gertrude Hawkins. She married Frederick Bogart prior to graduating high school in 1950. She would later receiver her high school diploma from Boulder City High School in 1971. She went on to continue her education and became a teacher. She had lived in Boulder City since 1968 except for a short period of time she lived in Arizona.
Le’Gay enjoyed reading, crossword puzzles, and was an excellent cook. She loved to spend time with her grandchildren and was an active member of the Boulder City Seventh-Day Adventist Church. She taught classes at the church and served as a secretary. She also worked for the Boulder City newspaper as a proof reader.
Le’ Gay is survived by her two daughters Gay Lee (Doug) Bailey, Nancy Johnson; three grandchildren Josh Bailey (Katheine), Ginny Penuela (Mike), Allison Clark; five great grandchildren Darrin Frederick Bailey, Harper Clark, Quinn Clark, Michael Penuelas, Christian Penuelas. She is preceded in death by her first husband Frederick Bogart in 1995; second husband Don Trammel who she married in 1999 and he passed in 2017; and a daughter in law Staci Bailey.
Funeral services will be held on Sunday, January 30, 2022 at 1:00 pm at Boulder City Seventh-Day Adventist Church 591 Adams Blvd Boulder City, NV.
