Lillian Diehl

Lillian Louise Diehl, age 78, of Boulder City, NV passed away on April 24, 2013. She was born in St Paul. Minnesota to Rev. Louis and Florence Holthaus Skow on February 8, 1935. She graduated from Hoover High School in Glendale, CA and later married Geoffrey Louis Diehl on January 15, 1960 in Glendale, CA. They moved to Boulder City from Sunland, CA 26 years ago to enjoy retirement.
She enjoyed making quilts and was an avid coin collector. Lillian was a wonderful mother and home maker. She is survived by her husband Geoffery of Boulder City; two daughters Dianne (Gary) Eaton of Boulder City, NV, Lynn (David) Escobedo of Glendora, CA; three stepchildren Daniel (Lisa) Diehl of Cleveland, GA, Steve (Alison) Diehl of Laihaina Maui, HI, Kathy (Mike) Karpinnen of Forest Grove, OR; a brother Richard Skow of GA; six grandchildren and five great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents Louis and Florence Skow and a sister Barbara Skow Ozuna.
Visitation will be held on Monday, April 29, 2013 at Boulder City Family Mortuary from 5 to 7 pm. Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, April 30, 2013 at Grace Community Church at 9:00 am with burial following at the Boulder City Cemetery.
