Wife, mother, grandmother, teacher and friend, Margie Ann Mills Bunker of Boulder City, Nevada passed away on March 20, 2014 with her daughters at her hospital bedside in Henderson, Nevada.
A service will be held Tuesday, March 25th at the LDS Church at 1550 Buchanan in Boulder City, Nevada. A closed-casket viewing will be held at 10am, followed by the funeral service at 11. Boulder City Family Mortuary will be handling the funeral arrangements.
Margie was born in Ogden, Utah, to John M. and Annie Laurie Mills. She attended Ogden High School and then Utah State University, graduating as an English major with a teaching degree. She worked as a teacher for several years after graduation and then again later in life. She was a very talented, avid gardener and created beautiful yards which she maintained with great care. She loved her family and was very involved in helping grandkids, nieces and nephews as well as her own children.
Margie Bunker is survived by many who love her dearly, including her husband, Wayne Bunker, sons Gregg and Danny Ripplinger, and daughters Kristin Lord and Laurie Campbell, along with 20 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, her brother, Jack Mills, Jr. and 9 nephews.
Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, March 25, 2014 at 11:00 am at the Buchanan LDS Chapel in Boulder City.
