Mary Kraft

Mary Valerie Kraft passed away June 21, 2013 at the Nevada State Veterans Home in Boulder City, NV. She was born to Allec and Mary Hall on Feb. 26, 1928 in Los Angeles, CA. Valerie grew up in Glendale, CA, raised her family in Arcadia, CA, and spent most of her retirement years in San Diego, CA.
Valerie married Oscar (Tony) Frederick Kraft Jr. on Aug. 22, 1947. They had been married 65 years. He was the love of her life. Taking care of Tony, her family, and her puppies were the biggest joys of her life. She also loved RVing, taking cruises and collecting spoons from her travels.
Valerie is survived by her husband Tony; daughter Karolyn Gunther; sons Oscar F. Kraft III and John Kraft; daughter-in-law Capree Kraft; eight grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
