Max W. Williams passed away February 19, 2012 in Boulder City, Nevada surrounded by loving family. He was born in Findlay, Ohio on September 2, 1924 to Walter and Lola B (Burrell) Williams. He resided in Boulder City the last 3 A½ years in the Nevada State Veterans Home.
PSG E-7 Max W. Williams served in the US Army and retired after 23 years. He served in both WW2 and Korean Conflict. He lived many years in Toledo, Ohio after retiring from the US Army, where he worked for Pinkertons before retiring to Florida. He moved to Las Vegas in 1995.
Max is survived by his loving daughter: Elizabeth Ellen Townsend, and grandsons; Marvin J Townsend, (Lola), Russell B Townsend (Cyndee), and many nieces and nephews. He is proceeded by: his parents Walter and Lola, His wife Evelyn, an infant son, Martin, and two brothers Stan and Don, and a sister June, and niece Kathy.
