Michael Lowery

Michael Leon Lowery, age 52, passed away in Boulder City, Nevada on July 14, 2016. He was born on March 2, 1964 in Lawton, Oklahoma to Daniel and Eleanor Lowery. He married Sarah Henson on December 27, 2003 in Eureka Springs, Arkansas. After living in Houston, Texas for nine years, he and his wife moved to Boulder City, Nevada and have lived there for the past three years.
Michael is a member of the Methodist church. He had a love for woodworking, surf fishing, and he was an amazing cook. Michael loved his family and always enjoyed babysitting “Pumpkin”, his granddaughter. He enjoyed Las Vegas and the many things it had to offer. As a profession, he worked as a truck driver and enjoyed travelling and seeing the country. Michael was loved by all who met him.
Michael is survived by his wife Sarah Lowery; daughter Jordan McQuay (Brooke); granddaughter Amelia McQuay; brother Steve (Sheila) Lowery; sister Ann (Bobby) Johnson; father Daniel Lowery; many nieces and nephews; and countless friends and acquaintances. He is preceded in death by his mother Eleanor Lowery.
