Naomi Defoor

Naomi Ruth DeFoor, age 86 of Las Vegas, NV passed away at her home surrounded by family on April 7, 2012. Naomi was born on December 13, 1925 to Emerson and Margit Coran Albaugh in Steubenville, Ohio. She married William DeFoor and they moved to Las Vegas, NV in 1982.
Naomi worked as a librarian and loved to read books. She enjoyed knitting and crocheting and made many beautiful things for others. She had a strong faith and was a member of the Presbyterian Church.
She is survived by her two sons, Doug DeFoor of New Jersey, Richard DeFoor of Las Vegas; a daughter Margit (Gary) Godon of Roseville, CA; three siblings Bobby, Helen, Dorothy, and five grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband; a son Bill and a grandchild.
