Paul Cecil Seymore, age 89 of Boulder City, NV passed away on November 8, 2014 in Las Vegas, NV. He was born on June 18, 1925 to Cecil Jerome Seymore and Ethel May (Cook) Seymore in Detroit, MI. He served his country for twenty years as a fighter pilot in the United States Air Force during WWII, the Korean War and beginning of the Vietnam War. He was a command Pilot and retired as a Captain. He married Billie Clyde Mason in 1947 and they had five children; Larry, William, Paula, Steve, and Rodger. She preceded him in death.
After retiring, Paul moved to Red Oak, IA, where he was in the insurance business. He married Nancy Anne (Heckerson) Jones on July 3, 1979 in Red Oak, Iowa. They moved to Boulder City in 1986.
Paul enjoyed playing poker and reading. He was a member of the Eagles Lodge and Elks Lodge in Red Oak, IA and the Boulder City Senior Center in Boulder City, NV. He is survived by his wife Nancy Seymore; five children Larry Seymore, William Seymore, Paula (John) Gallucci, Steve Seymore, and Rodger Seymore; step-daughter Marcia (Steve) Barcomb; ten grandchildren and one great grandchild.
Family will hold private service. In lieu of flowers memorial donations can be made to the Boulder City Senior Center in Paul Seymore's name. Family and friends can sign an online memorial guestbook at www.bouldercityfamilymortuary.com
