Paul Wright

Paul Lee Wright, age 54 of Henderson, Nevada, passed away on December 11, 2013. He was born in Long Beach, California, on April 9, 1959, to Charles and Judith Wright. The most important thing in Paul's life was service to his Heavenly Father and his love for his family. He was active in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. He held several church callings including: Elder's Quorum President, Second Counselor in the Bishopric, Secretary in the High Priest Group, Cub Master, Scoutmaster, and Ward Clerk. He mentored, coached, and supported his children in all of their endeavors. He was their biggest cheerleader! He loved to learn and enjoyed reading. He was very active and enjoyed golfing with his boys and friends. He was an avid swimmer in his youth. His other passion was soccer and he was very involved in the American Youth Soccer program where he was a certified referee. Paul is survived by his wife Jennifer Wright; parents Charles and Judith Wright; eight children Jeff (Shannon) Tow, Erin (Matthew) Brinkerhoff, Brent Wright, Rebecca (Brad) See, Lindsay Wright, Rachael Edwards, Ryan Edwards, Reilly Edwards; six grandchildren Madison Tow, Daniel Brinkerhoff, Clayton Tow, Charlie Tow, Logan Brinkerhoff, soon to be baby girl Brinkerhoff; and his brother Kenneth (Jude) Wright. He is preceded in death by his precious grandson Nathan Brinkerhoff. Viewing will be held on Friday, December 20, 2013, from 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm at the Acacia Ward LDS building at 1500 Amador Lane, Henderson, NV, 89012 and again on Saturday, December 21, 2013, from 10:00 am to 10:30 am. Funeral Services will follow at 11:00 am. A memorial will also be held Sunday December 22, 2013 at the Cypress Stake Center in California at 5151 Orange Ave, Cypress, CA 90630 at 6:00 pm. Burial will be held at the Inglewood Park Cemetery in Inglewood, California on Monday, December 23,2013 at 11:00 am.
