Phillip Louis Williams passed away on October 24th, 2021 at the age of 59. A Las Vegas native, Phil played the roles of pastor, pastry chef at Bally’s, wedding chapel officiant on the Strip, artist, and most recently, social media influencer. His favorite mode of transportation was his motorcycle! He had a great eye for color as displayed in his artwork. His unique fashion style was inspired by his own father, sporting many hats, comic hero t-shirts and suspenders. He enjoyed line-dancing in Boulder City when he could. Phil loved Jesus and had confidence that he would be with his Savior when he left earth.
He is preceded in death by his father Paul Richard Williams, his nephew Russell Arnett, his stepfather Howard Blum, his mother Janice (Williams) Blum and his sister Linda Roberts. He is survived by his best friend and former wife of 30 years, Lynn; his older siblings, Dave Williams and Catherine Conner; and his three children, four grandchildren, and one great-grandchild on the way. He was dad to Dawn Nay, Amber Murua, and Paul Ryan Williams; he was a proud grandpa to Victoria and Tenor Nay and to Creed and Jewel Murua. A celebration of life service will be held Friday, October 29th 11 am at Grace Community Church 1150 Wyoming St, Boulder City, NV 89005. Family and friends can sign an online memorial guestbook at www.bouldercityfamilymortuary.com
