We remember, and celebrate the life of Robert (Bob) Hartman Jr. 75 years old. He is survived by sister
(Ethel), wife Kathy (49 years of marriage), 4 children, and 9 grandchildren. Bob loved his family, faith,
and the community of Boulder City. He continued the Charlie Cobb Scholarship, for St Andrews Catholic
Church graduates. He led many local Soccer challenges and Basketball free throw challenges, at the Jr
High. He and his fellow Knights participated in C.A.S.T. for kids, helping disabled children enjoy the
outdoors. As a Naval Veteran, Bob wanted to ensure that his brother (and sister) Veterans had plenty of
volunteer assistance. He participated in the Veteran Olympics, for several years. He'd also volunteer at
the local Veteran's Home, visiting residents or assisting in events. Upon his retirement from Southern
California Edison (Eldorado Station, on the outskirts of BC), he began volunteering at Emergency Aid. He
and several of his fellow Knights, would drive truck loads of food to local families. Our local American
Legion chapter, was also a passion for Bob. He would look forward to Wine Walks, with hope of signing
up new members.
