Roger Pease

Roger Allen Pease, age 78 of Las Vegas, NV passed away on August 13, 2021.  He was born in Wisconsin on September 10, 1942 to Stephen A Pease and Elma Maggard Pease.  He married Roxann King on April 18, 1980 in Las Vegas, NV.

Roger served his country in the United States Army and was part of the Crazy Cats.  After his service in the Army he served in the Nation Guard and the Air Force Reserves.  He worked as a civilian at Nellis Air Force Base as an Aircraft Mechanic and was very talented with his hands.  He enjoyed the outdoors, fishing and hunting.  When he was around you always needed to be ready for a good prank.  He enjoyed trying new recipes and cooking in his later years.

Roger is survived by his wife Roxann; two daughters Stephanie Pease, Amanda (Matt) Pease-Miele; five grandchildren Hunter, Jax, Matthew, Remington, and Tanner on the way.  He is preceded in death by his parents; a brother Stephen Pease Jr; and a sister Darlene Spurlock.

Visitation will be held on Monday, August 30, 2021 from 6 to 8 pm at Star Mortuary 6484 Boulder Ranch Ave, Henderson, NV 89011.  Funeral service will be on Tuesday August 31, 2021 at 10:40 at the Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery 1900 Veterans Memorial Drive, Boulder City, NV 89005.  Family and friends can sign an online memorial guestbook at www.bouldercityfamilymortuary.com
