Ronald Petyan

Ronald Theodore Petyan, age 66 of Las Vegas passed away on March 1, 2013. He was born on September 4, 1946 in Glendale, CA, to Alex and Edith Stickler Petyan. Ron served his country in the United States Navy and retired after 23 years of service. After his retirement he moved from Groton, CT to Las Vegas, NV in 1985. He had a strong faith and was part of Hope Church in Las Vegas where he volunteered his time.
Ron had a strong commitment to service to his country, church and community. He was an outdoorsman that loved to go fishing and shooting. His ability to fix cars lead him to running his own repair shop which progressed to competing in the desert racing circuit.
Ron is survived by his wife Judy Petyan of Las Vegas, NV; four children Brandon (Terrina) Petyan of Las Vegas, NV, Erika Petyan of Tenino, WA, Bryan Petyan of Las Vegas, NV, Chris (Brittany) Corrington of Las Vegas, NV and six grandchildren.
