Scott Phillip Dingman, age 40, of Boulder City, NV was called to his heavenly home on May 31st, 2021. He was born in Watertown, NY on January 17th, 1981. He married the love of his life, Ashley Chaney on November 16, 2011. Their son Ethan was born on July 12th, 2012.
Scott was a family man and dedicated his life to his wife and their son. He was full of passion and showed it in all aspects of his life. He was a hard worker and worked for NV Energy as a Journeyman Lineman. He worked on a crew that he considered family. Scott enjoyed hunting, fishing, working out, riding his Harley, and spending time with his family. He was passionate about sharing his love for these things with his son, Ethan. He volunteered many hours helping coach the Boulder City youth wrestling program, where his son wrestled. He made it to every sporting event that his son was in, and was always Ethan's biggest fan. Scott was a member of Hope Church in Boulder City and enjoyed taking his family to Sunday service.
Scott is survived by his wife Ashley Dingman; a son Ethan Dingman, his grandfather Mike Jennings. His parents Paul and Maria Dingman, his brother Josh Dingman, two sisters Breonna Dingman, Kristen Dingman and a large extended family that will miss him greatly. He was joined in heaven by his loving grandmother Alice "Jo" Jennings, who he adored, and had a very close relationship.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, June 12th at 4 pm at Little Chapel on the Corner, 34 E. Basic Road in Henderson, NV. In lieu of flowers, a go fund me account has been set up to help Ashley and Ethan in this difficult time. gofundme.com/help-ethan-and-ashley.
