Sean Moore

Sean Patrick Moore, 34, of Las Vegas, Nevada, passed away in his home on June 15, 2013. Sean was born on April 13, 1979, in Jackson, Wyoming, to Patrick Moore and Dawn Radan Moore. Nearly a lifelong resident of Nevada, Sean moved to Las Vegas when he was 3. Sean graduated from Durango High School and began college at CSN. He later acquired journeyman status and began work as a plumber. When he was 20 he met Grace Amato, the love of his life, and their family grew with the addition of daughters Tala, Sophia, and Lillian and son Sam. Sean was very active in his children's lives and volunteered regularly for the WATCH Dog program at their school. Sean greatly enjoyed spending time with his family and working around the house. The family enjoyed frequent camping trips, as well as family outings to the park where Sean enjoyed teaching his children to rock climb and to skateboard. Sean was a very hands-on father and bravely ventured to style his daughters' hair. He and Grace dreamed of moving to the country where they would have a garden, a small farm, and raise their children away from the city. He had most recently begun studying Italian with the hopes of traveling around the world with his wife after retirement. Sean is survived by his wife of 11 years Grace, four beautiful children, Tala, Sophia, Sam and Lillian, his mother, Dawn, his father, Patrick, and his sisters, Celeste, Kelly and Renee, and brother Richard A memorial service remembering Sean's life will be held Saturday, June 22, 2013, at The Four Seasons Church at 2:00 p.m..
