Born to Robert & Lucille Howe Barclay in Salt Lake City, UT. She married Douglas Doyle on October 8, 1975 in Las Vegas where she was a longtime resident.
Sherl was in the habit of giving of herself and spent many years volunteering. She was gifted in arts and crafts and an avid fan of football and horse racing. Sherl was employed at Rancho High School as a teacher's aide for challenged children.
She is survived by her husband Douglas Doyle; three children Michael, William, Dennis; nine grandchildren and one great grandchild.
