Susan Carole Hedlund

Suzy was born August 18, 1957, in Fort Huachuca, Arizona, to Donald and Betty Moberger. She had a younger sister Brenda. She was raised in Massachusetts and graduated from Lexington Christian Academy. She graduated from Washington Bible College in 1979. She also did graduate study at Boston University.

Suzy was involved with youth ministry at Fellowship Bible Church in Burlington, Massachusetts, where she met Kurt, who was serving as Pastor of Youth and Christian Education. They were married in 1982. Together they served churches in Burlington, Massachusetts, Winona, Minnesota and Fairfield, Connecticut. She has supported her husband in his pastoral ministry in Boulder City at Bethany Baptist Church since 2003.

She is survived by her husband Kurt, sons Bart and Scott (wife Rachel) and her father Donald Moberger. Suzy loved to sing and socialize with the women in the church. She was an important member of the church singing team. She will be dearly missed. Because of her faith in Jesus we know that she is alive in heaven.
