In loving memory of Sylvia A. Krikes, (Yaya) who passed away in Henderson, NV. Sylvia was born in Chihuahua, Mexico, on August 8, 1933. She was known for her love of bridge, crocheting, getting lost in the pages of a book, solving crossword puzzles and Penny Slots.
Sylvia will be dearly missed by her husband Ernest Krikes and all of her family and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents Jorge and Emilia Azar, as well as her siblings Elias Azar, Fernando Azar, and Lilia Krikes.
She is survived by her loving children Anita, Linda (Jim), Cyndy (Steve), Peter, Kathy, George (Pat), grandchildren Gregory and Emily, as well as all her nieces and nephews.
A Funeral Service to honor and remember Sylvia's life will take place at the Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Boulder City on April 5th.
PLEASE-Do not send flowers. The VA Cemetery has a Strict Restrictions on Flowers allowed at the services.
