William Sherwood

William R. Sherwood of Boulder City, NV passed away unexpectantly on November 29, 2015. He was born on June 15, 1939 in Crystal Lake, IL to Roland and Sally Sherwood. He graduated from Crystal Lake Community High School and the University of Miami in Florida, where he majored in Business/Marketing, and went to Law School for two years. He was proud to serve in the United States Air Force. He worked for Waller Corporation before establishing Fish Hawk Electronics where he was President and CEO before retiring to Boulder City, Nevada. He shared his life for over 37 years with his wife Adele (Sabel) Sherwood. He was loved by everyone who knew him; he loved his family and friends, spending time with them sharing his stories and wisdom. Bill had a sense of humor that was unparalleled and he embraced his life with a passion that was as strong as his will. He loved the water, boating, music, entertaining his many family and friends and helping everyone. He is preceded in death by his parents Roland and Sally, his sister Caron and his aunts Elva and Bergie. He is survived by his wife Adele, son Carey R Sherwood of Fairview, OK; granddaughter Crystal Ann from NC; brother Guy (Kathleen) Sherwood; nephew, Matt (Angie) Sherwood; nieces Megan (Casey) Plante and Debbie Sherwood from Pegosa Springs, CO, as well as many great nieces and nephews.
