Yvonne Floyd

Yvonne Juliette Floyd age 85 of Las Vegas, Nevada passed away on March 25, 2013. She was born on April 27, 1927 in La Petite Raon France to George and Leonie Bierry Lamboley. She married Charles T Floyd April 11, 1964 and after moving around a bit, they moved from England in 1974 and planted their family in Las Vegas.
Yvonne was a strong and happy lady and proud of her French heritage. She enjoyed cultural activities with the French Alliance Club and her many friends at France Contact. Yvonne loved working in her garden and making things grow. She also loved listening to Classical music and enjoyed walks in the desert and mountains around Las Vegas.
Yvonne is survived by two daughters Regina Floyd, Michele Martinot; two sons John (Rebecca) Floyd, Gerard (Elyse) Hilz; four grandchildren in Las Vegas- Patrick Flynn, Irina Floyd, John P (Katie) Floyd, Thomas L Floyd, and nine grandchildren, and several great grandchildren in France.
